Bill O'Reilly did contact Sinclair Broadcast but CEO Chris Ripley said: "He did approach us, but we do not have any interest in hiring him."

I think that this is what they call scraping the bottom of the barrel.

If O'Reilly cannot even get a gig with Sinclair then I think it's safe to say that his media career is essentially finished.
