Does he not remember promising this?
“We’re going to have insurance for everybody,” Trump said. “There was a philosophy in some circles that if you can’t pay for it, you don’t get it. That’s not going to happen with us.” People covered under the law “can expect to have great health care. It will be in a much simplified form. Much less expensive and much better.”
And now he is simply deflecting blame and vilifying the Democrats.

And second that screaming he hears is NOT the Democrats, those are the voices of American voters who are watching their healthcare being undermined by this orange tinged fraud.
Keep in mind that the Republicans now control the White House, the Senate, and the House.
If they cannot pass a healthcare bill with all of that going for them, it is because they know it is political suicide to do so.
