Former executive chairman of Breitbart, Stephen Bannon, has been removed from Trump's National Security Counsel.

Courtesy of Bloomberg:

President Donald Trump reorganized his National Security Council on Wednesday, removing his chief strategist, Stephen Bannon, and downgrading the role of his Homeland Security Adviser, Tom Bossert, according to a person familiar with the decision and a regulatory filing.

National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster was given responsibility for setting the agenda for meetings of the NSC or the Homeland Security Council, and was authorized to delegate that authority to Bossert, at his discretion, according to the filing.

Under the move, the national intelligence director, Dan Coats, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Marine Corps General Joseph Dunford, are again "regular attendees" of the NSC’s principals committee.

Well now, a shake up with the Trump team. Yous just know this is going to get nasty.

I would suggest that this is Jared Kushner's doing as it is well established that he does not like, nor trust Bannon.

In fact according to long time Trump adviser Roger Stone, Kushner has been trying to push Bannon for quite some time:

“Jared Kushner, perhaps the one presidential aide who cannot be fired, is now in regular text message communications with Joe Scarborough,” Stone said during a Tuesday appearance on Infowars. “Many of the anti-Steve Bannon stories that you see, the themes that you see on ‘Morning Joe,’ are being dictated by Kushner. And while Mr. Kushner’s plate is very full with Middle Eastern peace and the China visit, and so on, in this case I think he is disserving the president.”

It seems that for all intents and purposes that Jared Kushner IS the de facto President of the United States, with Trump only serving as a figurehead.

And if it WAS his decision to remove Bannon from the National Security Council it is clear that he is substantially more intelligent than the president the Russians chose for us.

Not that I think this thirty six year old punk, with no political experience, is qualified for the job in any way. Just that he is likely more qualified than the moron that was supposedly elected to the position.
