Ben Carson walks back his statement that Sarah Palin was on Trump's short list for VP. Well sorta.

So this weekend, as we all know, the Washington Post wrote an article in which Ben Carson said the following:

Carson told The Washington Post that Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.), Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas), Sarah Palin and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie “are all people on our list.”

Since then literally EVERY new outlet has been having a hay day with the news.

Well put the hay down, because the fun is over.

On Monday morning, Carson said on CNN that he's not interested in the job himself, and dismissed the Post story as so much rubbish.

'Any name you’re going to throw out, I’ll say, "Yeah, sure",' he said on the 'New Day' program.

'That doesn’t mean they’re under consideration or that they’re on the short list.'

Sooo, does this mean that nobody can trust anything that comes out of Ben Carson's mouth.

Okay scratch that, I forgot who I was talking about.

Still the question remains is Ben Carson just the worst campaign spokesman of all time, or did Trump decide to have him walk it back after attracting all of that ridicule?

Personally I don't really think that Trump would make Palin his VP, I meant that would be insane right?

After all that would be right up there with pretending you were somebody else in order to heap praise on yourself to journa.......Oh.

By the way I would like to point out that Trump himself only publicly denied that one name was on his list.

And guess whose name it was not.
