John McCain's wife to join Administration after being "aggressively courted" by Trump.

Cindy McCain is expected to be offered a role in President Trump’s State Department, according to a Monday report in The Daily Beast.

McCain, who is married to outspoken Trump critic Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), is reportedly the president’s pick for a post at Foggy Bottom and may hold the title of “U.S. ambassador-at-large for human rights.”

Trump personally, "aggressively courted her for this,” a White House source told the news outlet. “It’s a done deal now. ... The president had floated several positions before—this is the one that stuck.” Both Cindy McCain and her husband have been outspoken in past criticism of Trump.

You know in the Russian mob they either buy your cooperation, blackmail you into cooperating, or threaten you into compliance.

Clearly Trump has also learned these techniques quite well.

In fact the Arizona Senator has already walked back his comments that Obama's leadership was better than Trump's:

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Monday walked back his comments that U.S. leadership under President Trump is worse than when President Barack Obama was in office.

“I never said such a thing. A thousand times I said, ‘Look at the world in 2009 and look at it today.’ Of course, I never said [that]. If I did I was joking,” the Arizona senator reportedly told The Daily Caller.

As Putin would say, "Good choice comrade."
