For those of you not into rap the actual line of Kanye's song goes something like this:
Now I ain't saying she a gold digger
But she ain't messing with no broke niggas
Now I ain't saying she a gold digger
But she ain't messing wit no broke niggas
Get down girl go head get down
Get down girl go head get down
Get down girl go head get down
Get down girl go head
As you can see Palin stopped short of actually quoting the unfortunate words themselves, but you can also tell she rally wanted to.
And once Donald Trump is sworn into office perhaps she will feel empowered to let her racist flag fly free.
After all according to Tom Arnold, Trump shares her affinity for a certain vocabulary:
Arnold appeared Friday on the The Dori Monson Show on KIRO-FM radio, where he revealed that he has a copy of the infamous recordings made while Trump was the star of NBC’s “The Apprentice” reality TV show, reported My Northwest.
The recordings are a compilation of various statements Trump made on camera that weren’t aired, and Arnold said those recordings have circulated within the entertainment industry.
“When the people sent it to me, it was funny,” Arnold said. “Hundreds of people have seen these. It was sort of a Christmas video they put together. He wasn’t going to be president of the United States. It was him sitting in that chair saying the N-word, saying the C-word, calling his son a retard, just being so mean to his own children. ‘Oh, this is so funny, this is this guy.'”
Oh, but he said the "R" word too.
But he gets a pass because he is a conservative, isn't that how it works Sarah? ("Where's my retarded baby?")
I have a feeling that we are going to start hearing a whole more racism, sexism, and other deplorable language coming from Trump supporters in the weeks and months to come.
After all, why pretend to be civilized when incivility won?
By the way the story that inspired Palin's decision to flirt with racism was this one saying that the New York Times is vacating eight floors in their building and consolidating their footprint to make collaboration easier and to save a little money.
Apparently Palin sees this as some kind of victory by Trump over the paper that has criticized him for decades.
Somehow I think that, much like Vanity Fair, the New York Times is going to see an increase in subscribers hoping for more of the hard hitting coverage that has made them enemy number one on Trump's hit list.
