The day after Bernie Sanders endorses Hillary Clinton. Oh the humanity.

First off Bernie has now lost his Secret Service protection:

Sen. Bernie Sanders is no longer receiving Secret Service protection, a source said Tuesday.

Sanders returned to Washington after his endorsement of Hillary Clinton earlier in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The protection was dropped on arrival in Washington, according to a source familiar with the senator's schedule.

Sanders has also started making attempts to reason with his many supporters.

Courtesy of Politico:

Sanders, speaking to ABC's George Stephanopoulos on "Good Morning America," responded that it is "absolutely imperative for the future of this country that Donald Trump not be elected president of the United States."

"And what I say in a time when this country has enormous crises, we do not and cannot have a man with Trump's temperament, with the nuclear code and running this country," Sanders said.

Stephanopoulos pressed, "So it's about the lesser of two evils?"

"No, it's not about the lesser of two evils," Sanders said.

That may be Sanders opinion, but it is clearly not one shared by many of his supporters.

A number of them seemed completely divorced from reality.

There were at least a handful or more who felt that there was still a chance.

I don't even.

Some Bernie supporters knew the jig was up even before the event which must not be named.

I can feel the sads from here.

But worry not Bernie Sanders legacy will continue to live on.

The Top Fifteen Sanders Attacks on Clinton.

(That's on the GOP website.)
