During an interview with Maureen Down Donald Trump was asked about his Twitter war with Elizabeth Warren.
This was his response:
When I asked if he had been chided by any Republicans for his Twitter feud with Elizabeth Warren, he replied, “You mean Pocahontas?” So much for reining it in.
Wow, it seems that Trump is raising misogyny and racial insensitivity to an art form.
Gee isn't Donald Trump also the guy who said this about the Washington Redskins changing their name?
Courtesy of ESPN:
"Honestly, I don't think they should change the name, unless the owner wanted to," Trump told the Times.
"I know Indians that are extremely proud of that name," Trump said. "They think it's a positive."
Yeah, no they don't. And I am pretty sure they don't take to kindly to people being called "Pocahontas" either.
You know I wonder if Donald Trump is going to alienate each voting demographic individually, like he has done with women, African Americans, Mexicans, and Muslims, or if at some point he will simply do or say something that pisses them all off all at once?
