All four won “Performance of the Night” bonuses; no “Fight of the Night” honor was given.

As MMAJunkie wrote, UFC President Dana White announced the winners at the post-event news conference, which MMAjunkie attended.

dos Anjos (24-7 MMA, 13-5 UFC) dominated lightweight champion Anthony Pettis (18-3 MMA, 5-2 UFC) in the main event as a significant underdog to win the 155-pound title. Dos Anjos, who suffered a knee injury to his MCL several weeks back, took a trio of 50-45 scores from the judges and the fight was never really in doubt.

Jedrzejczyk (9-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC), also an underdog to women’s strawweight champ Carla Esparza (10-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC), won the 115-pound belt with a dominant performance in the co-main event, stopping the champion in the second round with a TKO.

Pearson (17-8 MMA, 9-5 UFC) closed out the preliminary card with a brutal knockout of Sam Stout (20-11-1 MMA, 8-10 UFC), handing Stout his second consecutive loss – the first time the Canadian has lost back-to-back fights since 2008.

And Dariush (10-1 MMA, 4-1 UFC) made easy work of Daron Cruickshank (16-6 MMA, 6-4 UFC), getting a second-round rear-naked choke submission for his fourth win in five UFC fights.

UFC 185 took place at American Airlines Center in Dallas. The main card aired on pay-per-view following prelims on FX and UFC Fight Pass.
